o       That’s Easy, When do we start

-         Effect to colleagues and subordinates- they will easily recognized it
 
How to Develop Critical thinking?
-         Challenging your own patterns and mechanisms together with your team.
-         Asking questions to colleagues or to oneself- WHY? WHY? WHY? WHY?
